These terms apply when you use hygeabeauty.com or buy HYGEA BEAUTY products from us.
1. Who we are
HYGEA BEAUTY is operated by IMW CONSULTANCY LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 11013233. Registered office: Ground Floor, Citygate, Longridge Road, Preston, United Kingdom, PR2 5BQ. Contact: support@hygeabeauty.com.
2. Products and orders
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Product colours can vary slightly between screens and batches. An order is accepted when we confirm it has been accepted or dispatched. We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including for stock, pricing or payment issues, and will refund any amount paid for an order we do not fulfil.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. The total price, including any delivery charge, is shown before you place your order. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
4. Delivery
We normally dispatch orders within 1 business day. UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class unless another service is selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delays are outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns
Our 30-day returns policy applies to unused, unopened products that remain in their original sealed retail packaging. Because makeup sponges are hygiene products supplied sealed, opened or unsealed packs cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights, including where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for details.
6. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate delivery and contact information and use the website lawfully. You must not misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
7. Intellectual property
HYGEA BEAUTY branding, website content, product photography and other materials are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
9. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where you live.
